Returns & Exchanges

At YTD, we want you to love your home decor and furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your YTD account and select the 'Order History' section to request a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items back into their original boxes with all protective padding, hardware, and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
